Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or size)
- Size exchange is possible (see below conditions)
You must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Size Exchange Polic
If you wish to change the size:
- Size exchange is allowed once only
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The customer must pay shipping fees for the exchange (second delivery)
We recommend checking the size guide before ordering to avoid extra costs.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- Must be returned in its original packaging
- Must not be worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size selected by the customer (only exchange allowed)
- Worn or used items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, your refund will be processed
- Refunds are issued via agreed method
Return Shipping
- In case of defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost
- In case of size exchange, customer pays shipping fees
Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
If you refuse the order or are unreachable:
- The order may be canceled
- We reserve the right to refuse future orders
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
